We are a new bridal boutique in Bowmanville, ON with a laid-back atmosphere and a diverse collection of dream-worthy designer dresses to appeal to the modern bride. At Joy Bridal Boutique, our mission is to provide a caring, relaxing environment where all brides can feel comfortable, confident and pleased with their personalized experience. At Joy Bridal, we understand that each bride has a different vision for their day and are committed to working with our valued clientele to find them the perfect dress.
Meet the owner,
Rachel Joy Dales
Rachel’s interest in the wedding industry sparked at an early age, purchasing wedding magazines at any chance she got to bring them home and carefully insert notes about the dress, its suitability with different wedding styles, and which of her friends would shine in each dress. This developed into a passion that led Rachel to begin designing wedding dresses, thoughtfully researching local wedding venues and vendors and staying on-top of industry trends.

Meet Helena
Helena has been with us since July 2022. She is also a fellow February 2023 bride who is great at relating to brides and helping them find the perfect dress to fit their vision! She also assists with emails/social media so you may be in touch with her from time to time!

Meet Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn has been with us since summer 2023! She is currently transitioning to full-time. She does consultations, but also handles some aspects of admin such as answering emails, and social media.

Advice for brides: When shopping don’t lose sight of what is really important to you, stay true to yourself, and be confident in your opinions. At the end of the day the only one that really matters is yours.
Dream/Favourite travel destination: Bali
Meet Krista
Krista is the owner (Rachel’s) mom! You will often see her at the boutique when she comes to help on busy days. She will often help with admin, as well as sometimes accessory appointments. Since retiring a few years ago, she is able to volunteer her time helping around the boutique (which is AMAZING).
