We have a variety of different appointments depending on the experience you desire/need. Please read through to get a better understanding of which appointment type is right for you before booking!


Deluxe Follow Up Appointment $150

(Coming August 2023)

1 hour

This appointment is for brides who have already visited the boutique and narrowed down their top favourite styles. You took some time to think on it, and now you are wanting to come back and revisit your top picks, narrow down and and celebrate/say yes with your guests. This luxury appointment has a fee of $150.00 for the Bride +4 guests. There is an additional $15 per added guest (up to 8 guests maximum). The luxury appointment will give you the boutique to yourself as well as champagne, mimosas, and light charcuterie. Book this if you want to come back and “Say Yes” the way you have already dreamed. With lot’s of opportunities for “Instagramable Moments”

Deluxe Pick Up Appointment $100 (Coming August 2022)

This appointment is for brides who have already purchased their dress and have been notified that it is ready for pick up! Every bride is given a 30 minute standard pick up appointment to come try on/pick up their dress. This luxury appointment is for brides who want a little bit more! Especially for those of you who may have missed out on our deluxe follow up! This appointment is 100.00 for the Bride + 4 guests, an additional fee of $10.00 for every extra guests up to 8 maximum. During this appointment you will get to try on your dress along with any accessories we might have, or that you have brought with you. It will also include bubbly, mimosa and light charcuterie.

Free Bridal Appointment Tuesday-thursday

This is our standard appointment type for first time visiting brides! We offer a full two hour appointment with a one on one expert consultant. Whether you have shopped somewhere else before or not, we want our brides to be able to explore all of their options and get our full bridal experience that we pride ourselves on! Though 2 hours may seem like a long time- it goes by quick! This ensures you are not only trying on the gowns you WANT to try, but also giving a little time to the gowns you DON’T think you want to try! It also allows time at the end to revisit any favourites so they are fresh in your head and you aren’t leaving completely confused! It often leaves a little time for the brides who are ready to say yes! The bridal appointment Saturday is the exact same, it’s just scheduled differently. If you are interested in Saturdays, please be sure to select that instead to ensure availability.

Due to our intimate space- and for the brides benefit- this appointment allows for Bride + 5 guests. If you insist on bringing more, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

Free Bridal Appointment Friday or Saturday

Due to our intimate space and the brides benefit, this appointment is for Bride + 3 guests. If you insist on bringing more, we recommend making a week day appt. Please email request ahead of time for a 4th guest. Or starting with 4 and booking a Deluxe follow up appt with added guests.

Third Visit/Dress Ordering appointment

This appointment is for brides who have attended both an initial 2 hour bridal appointment, as well as a 45 minute follow up appointment. You have narrowed down your top picks and decided on the dress, you just want to come back and try it on one more time and be measured, as well as discuss any final details/options with a consultant. Brides are able to book only one initial appointment, one follow up appointment and one third appointment. After this appointment, if you are still unable to decide we can finalize and discuss any details over the phone/email to place your order.

This appointment is for the Bride + 2 guests max, but we recommend coming alone or just with one person by this appointment!

Free Follow Up/Second Appointment

(week day or Saturday)

This appointment is for brides who have previously visited the boutique as well as explored options and are looking to come back and revisit their favourites styles and narrow down to the final decision! This appointment is 45 minutes with a one on one consultant (we do our best to pair you with the same person as your initial appointment). This will leave time to try on your 2-3 faves, and possibly 1-2 new arrivals if interested. This appointment also allows time to be measured/place your order! This appointment allows for bride + 4 guests on weekends and bride + 5 guests on week days.

Accessory Appointment

30 MINS

This is for brides who already have their dress and want to bring it with them to pick out accessories, or for brides who are still waiting for their dress to arrive but want to pick out accessories in the meantime. These appointments are available to our Joy Brides as well as brides who did not say yes with us but are interested in some of our accessories! This 30 minute appointment will allow the chance to try on things such as veils, gloves, capes, wings, earrings, overskirts, etc. Feel free to contact us for more information on our accessories. We encourage brides to bring their gown with them they have it. For Joy Brides who have already ordered, we do also allow the chance to try on any accessories during your pick up if you wish to wait until then.

Sample Sale Appointment/flash sample sale

1 HR

We offer flash sample sale appointments twice a year (typically April & November). During flash sample sales you get a one hour appointment with a one on one consultant specifically to try on gowns that are available as-is to purchase off the rack at a discounted price included store samples and previously loved dresses. All dresses are under $2500 and ranging sizes 2-24 depending on the dress. Feel free to browse these on our online shop.

During the rest of the year- we will now be accepting sample sale appointments as long as there are gowns available. This appointment is ideal for brides on a tight timeline/budget or both! We recommend bringing someone with you to help as we do our best to have a consultant work with you but occasionally this may not be possible. However, the appointment booking does ensure you have a private change room, mirror and pedestal. If you are really needing a consultant- please email to confirm staffing is available during your time slot.

This appointment is for samples/off the rack only. If you are interested in our full collections please book a regular bridal appointment.

Little white dress appointment

30 MINS

This is a free 30 minute appointment offered to brides who are interested in some of our little white dresses! We recommend bringing a friend with you- depending on availability we may or may not have a consultant available to work with you on one one, however the appointment does ensure a private change room, mirror and pedestal area for you. As this collection is new for us, selection is still limited- please browse our collections to see what’s available.

Saturday Waitlist Appointment

Due to our intimate space and one on one two hour appointments, our Saturdays can get booked up especially during trunk shows and events! However, we also get last minute cancellations especially as reminders go out 4 days before. By booking our waitlist appointment we are able to get a hold of you to offer an appointment if anything happens to open up! For the best chance, please book the Monday slot BEFORE the Saturday you are wanting to attend (ex. you want to attend Saturday April 29th, you will want to book your waitlist appointment for Monday April 24th). By booking the waitlist, you are not confirming an appointment, you are simply added to our calendar so we can easily get in touch with you if something opens up! Please be sure to check your emails- including junk mail to see if we have tried to get in touch!
